To protect our landlords from fraudulence, we at Heaven Estate has teamed up with professional energy assessors across the country who assess their energy performance to improve the save energy and money by reducing the consumption of energy. We are amongst the top companies in this sphere doing the right negotiations for our landlords for the most reasonable energy cost.

An EPC holds:

  • The information about energy consumption in a property and the cost of that energy
  • It also recommends how to cut the consumption of and save money

Who should get an EPC?

In the UK landlords must possess an Energy Performance Certificate once every 10 years. In Scotland, an EPC should be attained before advertising for tenancy, sale or construction, while in the remaining part of the United Kingdom, landlords should possess EPC during the duration of advertising, and should be provided to tenants when they move-in.

In the UK, EPC is a legal requirement for landlords since April 2018. A property gets an energy efficiency rating from EPC. The grades are between A (most efficient) to G (least efficient). In England, Wales and Scotland, it is illegal to rent a residential or commercial property with an Energy Performance Certificate rating below E.

We Heaven Estate has teamed up with accredited evaluators to evaluate the EPC of our landlords. The evaluator does a proper energy assessment of your property and produces the certificate for you.
