Our Immigration Accommodation Reports (also known as UK Visa Property Inspection Reports, Entry Clearance Inspection Reports, House Survey Report for Immigration Purposes or Accommodation Survey Reports) are required to demonstrate that the Visa Applicant or those appealing against a refusal for a UK Visa, have suitable accommodation available to them upon arrival in the United Kingdom.

We will then produce a comprehensive property report that meets the accommodation requirements under the UK Immigration Rules. Our Reports are then sent to the sponsor or applicant by 1st class mail within 5 days of undertaking the inspection, ensuring a timely and effective service for our clients.
